I had tried that way too Bizzle69, but for some reason the pictures weren't in the DCIM folder. :-( however, I am now using drop box, and while it's not finished (over 3000 pics to move) it IS doing it and my pictures are FINALLY making it to my laptop (and onto my 1T hard drive) as we speak...

I want to import my pictures to my laptop, so that my phone is cleared out a little bit. i used the usb cord and clicked import when the dialog box popped up, but it imported all thumbails and lots and lots of other stuff. I just want the pictures I've taken with my camera. How do I do that...

I can find them. :-) it just that some of them are only sound and not video. and some i can view just fine. they all play fine on the phone itself. I was hoping there was a way to import them so they will all play on my computer too. these are clips of my kids that I put into longer vidoes...

I am trying to make some videos with the clips I've filmed on my camera. I tried just pulling the video files over, and I've used the HTC Sync Manager; neither have worked. What is the best way to import the video files so that I can edit them with my Corel Video Studio 12.0. thank you Ruthie
