I do not have smart stay on and it is stuck on I just found and answer that to reboot the phone I just have to hold the power button and the down volume button for 7-10 seconds and that rebooted the phone so I am good now thanks for responding

My Note 5 will not turn off My Galaxy note 5 is stiuck on on the alarm screen from pandora and I can not turn the phone off or get off of that screen. In the old days I would just pull the battary but we all know that is not possible now how do I do get my phone to reboot.:mad:

I am looking forward to the disdplay and the enhanced amount of ram. moving form a note 3 I am escited to pick mine up after work today. :D
