Put the system sound all the way to silent. So wherever you adjust your ringer and notification volume, there should be a system setting. Obviously it mutes everything else but it's an option.

I have the same problem but I've always been in power saving mode and it worked fine. Now it doesn't. I simply want my phone to vibrate when I get a text when on vibrate mode and it's not happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am not in ultra power saving mode, just the standard...
