I just did more tests and I am 90% certain that the issue that I am having is due to the loose socket/port for my charger on my phone.

This is the second time that it has happened with the stock HTC One (M7) Phone charger. When I plug my phone into a wall outlet, it acts as if it is plugged into a computer and then proceeds to "slow charge". I do not know what the issue is, but I have replaced the charger with another HTC stock...
