Havent noticed but mostly in youtube and the music player

When ever i play a sound via headset (skull candy wireless) or via speaker from time to time there is this awful buzzing sound like running a chainsaw on a metal sheet any ideas how it can be fixed?

but how is it reading the device in MTP mode when its charging wirelessly

i have tried everything possible even developer mode usb debugging

cleaned it multiple times and have used different cables also my vr is not working with it when ever i plug it into the vr a black screen with a small x appears and after 3 seconds it returns back to the homescreen
