Okay just flashed the Black Ice ROM and I'm looking to disable and turn off the stock touch capacitive buttons and use the on screen ones. Yes, I know it takes up screen space but it's something different. I've found topics related to the issue but no one seems to give or have a straight answer...

Sprint does not need to approve any updates since our device because it is a "pure" Google phone.

Well I've been using it for awhile now with no issues so it is stable. Can't complain considering it was just released.

Page 221 there is a V1.5 for the Nexus S 4G that fixes all of those problems until V3 is released.

I had that problem with the market non stop. I couldn't even update my apps without it FCing. Switched back to CM7 until this becomes a little more stable.
