I believe I have a puregear protector, had Tmobile install it on Monday. Edges will not stay down, has lint and grease under the protector. It covers all of the lit screen, but does not reach the metal body which results in a rough edge also. I do not recommend this. Edit: this one...

do they pack a sim card with the phone or no? I'm moving from a note 4 which uses micro and pretty sure this is a nano. if it doesn't have a sim I guess I have to go to store to grab one, if that's the case any idea if they provide the sim free?

If the way people are talking is true it may be a hardware issue with the headphones themselves. I would probably just recomend using the app mentioned earlier. It sounds like that worked quite well.

Apologies. That said it seems like most headphones are not going to have full controls over all functions. I'm used to it, my Skullcandy buds only pause and play on my WinMo 7 phone, but I see where it would annoy/upset people that have used/are used to that functionality.
