It looks like it might be a dead pixel(s). My first S6 had this issue right out of the box. Sprint ended up giving me another one (refurbished) and the capacitive keys almost immediately stopped working. So now I'm on my third S6 and hopefully my last. Anyway, I hope you're able to get yours...
