After one day of the update I'm very please. Phone is snappy again. No more random "unfortunately contacts has stopped". No more lag. Battery life doubled. 8am to 11:59pm with full use. Instant response on nearly all apps. Still wish they'd go back to the old volume settings via the volume...

I had finally gotten my phone back to "Kit Kat" quality on 5.0 after disabling a TON of bloatware, mainly Amazon apps. I've got this update pending a WiFi connection, so I hope it really cleans things up even more.

Having this issue with GroupMe since 5.0. I can't stand how it pops up as a banner over any application or screen I'm in. I want the old notification tray at the top ONLY. I can deal with the new lock screen, but having the banner pop up is extremely annoying.

I just started having this same issue. I've had the phone for over a month now and the battery life has been extraordinary. 15-20 hours on battery no problem - at full usage. Yesterday, I noticed leaving work that I was all the way down to 13%, from 8am to 5pm. This is way out of the ordinary...
