After I updated to 4.3 I have to restart my phone for the car charger to work. My wall charger some times works and sometimes doesn't. I have Samsung chargers

I've cleaned the connector out, still have to restart my phone to use my car charger.

Yes I'm having this issue as well. My car charger won't charge unless I restart my phone which makes no since. This is a annoying problem.

I went ahead and re downloaded the update. Everything is working as it should now! Currently on 4.3 now

I downloaded the update 700mb while I slept. I assume its done because it doesnt show it downloading anymore but it still says I have 4.2 installed. I went back to about device, then software update and it says its up to date, check back in 19 hours. I already downloaded 4.3 but it's still...
