I just signed up to say this fixes it.. but only until I lock my phone. When I unlock it, it's broken again. Very odd, happened a few months ago after a firmware update. There's been at least one more in the time since. I have a Nexus 4 with 3, up to date with OTA upgrades. I know this thread...
