Group texts come through as MMS so you need mobile data on. Haven't had to download them from my family using group messaging (they all have iPhones. They just show up. Is it when you go from not having service somewhere. Possibly auto download isn't on? Posted via Android Central App

I've already disabled all Motorola software, or as far as i can. Sure active notifications are nice but after 3.5 years, i have gotten used to looking at my status bar to see what notifications i have at a glance. Notification lights can be customized by app so i know if i want to look at it or...

The only option for LED i've seen is under Settings > My Device Tab > LED Indicator. If you are getting LED notifications for the others, it should work for texts too, as it is not a per app setting. try turning it off for a while and then turning it back on ? Also, it could possibly depend...
