If the repair is less than $125, I pay no deductible. Otherwise, its $100. I can basically have it repaired by anyone as long as i give the receipt to squaretrade for reimbursement. I've yet to find anyone (including Samsung) that fixes S5 screens for less than $180.

I accidentally dropped my phone while working today. It only fell a few inches, but it fell onto a metal vice. The glass screen protector was cracked, but out of curiosity I peeled off the protector to find that the screen was cracked close to the home button. The cracks are like 2 inches long...
