I cant play video on device,fb and youtube video are being played after restart it works but after sometime the problem arises again P.s: my phone is s6 edge.. i have added a screen shot please help Thank you :)

Here you go.. i took off my battery from charger and used it for like one hour i took some pictures after that... And used my phone the rest of the day just to call and most of time it was unused.. The thing i noticed is it looses battery even if i dont use it.. i mean like in hour its looses...

Naah bro im having a terrible battery life have a look at the video i posted I just dont use phone much.. only using it to attend calls,i like to use it but it dropping heavily.. I shoulsnt have changed from apple... I hope someone helps me out.. this device is perfect except for battery life

I think its my carier which is causing the problem.. anyway i can fix it without changing cariilers?
