It's turned off. I know that it decreases the volume output but the problem is that the volume output in general has used to be much better and louder. I'm afraid that there is something wrong. I'm recognizing the same problem on other Samsung devices like J7 Pro and J5. Thank you.

Some sources of media have high and good sound volume and some other sources have a lower sound volume (at the same grade of volume). I know it maybe it's related to the source. But, the point is that the sound is lower than usual. Is it related to the latest update from Samsung? Thanks for helping.
