Title says it all. If I get the LTE version can it be used as a phone? I have a Note 2 and am wanting something bigger. MUCH bigger. This looks like a god size. I've read a few conflicting comments around the internet about it. Some say it can and some say it can't.

I would like my phone to speak some things every day at certain times. Is there an app that will allow me to do this? For example, I would like my phone to remind me via TTS every day at noon that, well, it's noon. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can accomplish this? Thanks!

Useless update. Nothing new. No new features. Foxfi doesn't work any more. The new spell check is absolutely unacceptable. Off the top of my head that's the only real changes I've seen with this update. Only two, and they are both really, really bad.

I too saw slightly worse battery performance with the update at first and it has seemed to come back to normal. Either that or I've just become habituated to worse performance........
