    With pdanet and blue tooth tethering with foxfi I'm still able to tether fine (its not as convenient but it will work until a fix happens)

    after doing a factory reset i haven't gotten any reboots and the phone doesn't lag. i recommend it but just remember that you will have to start over with apps, passwords and contacts if they aren't linked to you google account.
