Remove you Facebook account first from Settings>Accounts. Then go to settings>Application manager>All>Gallery and clear your gallery cache and data. Finally, go back to settings>accounts and add your Facebook back but make sure you un-check the sync photo option. Go to your gallery and be amazed...
