I downloaded the boot animation from bhoot . co .uk and I don't know how to change the file..

Hi , I have htc one m8 with Viper 4.2.0 . I copied the bootanimation.zip to /system/media , and the boot animation works fine , but when the system ui boots up ,all I can see is the boot animation. I can lock and unlock the phone and I can still see the boot animation. What can I do ?
