I also had the same problem μ(Folder name) along with uuuuuuuu.uuu file names all around. That's the bootable virus and could not erase or remove by simply formatting... best way is format ur card using NTFS. simply download Apart app thru playstore. ( u should have rooted phone to work NTFS...
