I thought that the S4 was the S4 and having ordered my wifes upgrade from O2 which arrives tomorrow I now find out that there are quite a few models. Obviously its not the S4 zoom but which model will be delivered and which is the best one to have.

Sorry for this stupid question but it's not my phone its my wife's phone. She wants to know how she inserts a smiley in her text? She is a few thousand miles away at the moment so I can't get hold of the phone. Any quick answers that I can text her about how to do this. Thanks

Exactly what you said. For some reason all the missing texts were in the spam folder. Selected restore them and unblock the two numbers and violla! Perfection restored. Thank you for your help!
