Completely agree with everything on there except number 4. As far as restarts go I've only had about 4 or so in the 3 weeks i've had the phone. The battery is a MAJOR issue for me. As war said, sometimes I get horrible battery life when I don't use the phone and when I do use the phone...

Re: Rooting the D3? Nope devs are still working on finding root. I haven't checked today yet but I doubt they've found a new method yet. I know woodyman over at droidforums is working on it. Since all the older methods of rooting no longer work they need to find a new method.

It does not cost anything to use wifi. Verizon suggests using wifi whenever possible for data so that it relieves some data stress on their network.

Hmm if this was true it wouldn't be the one bit surprising. The only reason verizon is good in my eyes is because of their coverage (and customer service I guess). As far as their business practices go I am definitely not a big fan.

This phone is supposedly supposed to be released for direct fulfillment in 3 days. Why has it still not been officially announced by verizon? Are they planning to do a low key launch for this phone like with the droid X2?
