Morty2264 Thank you! Yes, I have a case, and the port is clean. However, I guess it is not related as when I restart it without removing the case or cleaning the ports it works just fine.

Hello, I have Honor 8, suddenly the media sound is very low I can barely hear it either it is the sound of a Youtube video, music player, voice notes or any media sound. This happens although the media volume is set to maximum. When I restart my phone it is back to normal behavior. Any help...
