couldnot hardreset my phone hello....my htc one(m7) started behaving strangely.it says htc sense has been stopped unfortunately .....so i tried to reset it.....i pressed the power button +the volume down button and got the boot menu and when i choose the factory reset ,it gets turned off then...

ohhh really...is that the problem ...but currently im using this phone in India ......is there no other way to update my phone

basically its an AT&T device......but i have unlocked it using the unlock code to use it with another sim...and no i havent rooted it
