I have a "holster" case on my S6. Was surprised that the wireless charging works with the case on. Seems to charge just as fast as with the case off. I just have to make sure I have it on the "sweet spot" on the wireless charging pad.

Sorry, can't help you...I've never experienced this issue after the update. I did do a reset after the update and any minor annoyances (like battery life issue) went away. It's a pain doing a reset but I'd read somewhere that occasionally, after an OS upgrade a few settings or system files might...

Have you tried clearing system cache & pulling battery? How long has this been happening? Have you installed any new apps lately? I found upgrading to 4.3 has extended battery somewhat.

According to the site listed below, S3 WILL receive KitKat 4.4. Document mentions it is the S3 which has 2GB of RAM, and that is the U.S. version which might be getting the update, and the International users might have to wait and watch if Samsung has made it ready for their devices too or not...

I'm having the same issue as well. Battery life has decreased so much that I am recharging 2x a day. Wonder if Google Now is the culprit?

Ditto on Zedge. Great notifications sounds & ringtones.

Simple solution: Regardless of SMS APP, normally just "long-pressing" photo will bring up menu that gives you the option to save photo on your phone. Hope this solves your problem.

I'm wondering if the Verizon pdf file floating around isn't a fake. Can't imagine that Verizon would publish a description of the features of Jelly Bean that incorrectly identifies Google Now as Google Plus. Additionally, the file size seems awfully small for a major update. :eek:
