PROBLEM FIXED! I received a software update yesterday. The announcement already mentioned the fix of this (apparent software) bug. The message is finally gone. So it's not a hardware issue, no problem with the SD card, but a (possibly Samsung flavoured) Android bug. I thought to post this FYI...

Same issue and tried all suggestions: - Used the SD card as storage for camera - Formatted it None of it worked. At least good to see it doesn't seem to be an issue with my particular phone or card. Guess it's a bug that will hopefully be fixed soon. Cheers!
