Never mind on the WiFi. That fixed itself.

How can I do a factory reset? AT&T did my steps and I just want to do them like i unbkx my phone and does anyone know why my WiFi on this phone says disabled? It shouldn't have to do with me having a Apple airport right?

I can confirm. I called a AT&T store in Sacramento,CA and they have them and are selling them! I have to wait one more hour at work to get mine!

So I got to the checkout screen and it said it could not go through...I tried 3 times...My gut was telling me to check my bank account and when I did. Bam! Got charge 3 times lol but at the discount rate. Now I'm calling Samsung so they can refund my duplicate charge.
