I don't have a third party wallpaper installed. I mean no matter what Google wallpaper I happen to have applied, after it comes back on, it's changed to purple landscape "Nougat" wallpaper

I'm having a pretty consistent issue with the XL freezing up. Around every 3rd or 4th phone call, I either can't answer, or can't hang up. Random apps freeze and screen is unresponsive for 5-6 seconds. Google photos, Textra, a few others​. Dialer is stock, Textra is only non Google app doing...

I deleted/reinstalled, still happening. I'll try clearing the cache

Only issue I have found after the Nougat update is that Gmail no longer fetches mail. I may go all day, then have 40 come through at once. Any ideas?

I have no experience at this. My m8 is on 4.4.2. It will not fetch the OTA update, and the HTC RUU just sticks on sending. I would like to side load Marshmallow, but know nothing about the process. Is there a website with instructions for dummies? What software I need on my laptop, how to unlock...

I got one at BB. Slapped in an AT&T sim, and it worked fine. Got a software update notification with the AT&T sim card. Maybe only restriction on updates if you have Verizon sim installed? I don't know, it is unlocked so if you aren't on their network it may not matter?

I agree, I'm not saying it's a crap phone. It has potential, just didn't wow me.

Picked up a Pixel yesterday from Best Buy (Verizon branded), and returned it today. I have the 10, and can't say anything about the Pixel blew me away. I will say I am on AT&T, and it worked fine. Set it up with AT&T sim, no issues. Deleted the 3 Verizon apps. Got a software update after setup...

I have several phones I switch between, and love this one more every time I switch. The 6s plus feels blocky and unwieldy after holding the 10. It feels so comfortable to hold. The A9 feels too small. The 10 is lightning fast, screen is beautiful, and the lack of bloatware is awesome.
