Under gestures in NOVA settings is another option called "Activities" in gestures area .click on that & scroll down to Samsung backup & restore and select the top one...although i think any will work for starting a backup..then after u get new phone reinstall nova & make a gesture shortcut for...

Yes & no. It says on their main site that the 25$ credit applies to a full return or replacement of same device. SO if you fully returned it then you just have to contact samsung & figure it out with them..i dont know if its worth 25$ of phone calling etc but you'll end up getting it if u do...

If u look at the last picture of the ringke fusion case coming out.. Its on Amazon. Search ringke note 5 case You can see on the middle of right side of phone a slot that looks just like the slot at top of phone people say is for sim card..So if there are two identical slots, wouldnt you bet...
