which version of Odin are you running? I'm currently in the same boat as you (returning to stock from CM11) Odin 3.09 seems to work fine for me but my phone being encrypted is causing an issue.

Decided to install cyanogenMod to my SPH-L720 because a co worker had told me about their permissions manager. Turned out I didn't care much for the features of CyanogenMod and so I flashed back to stock. My phone was encrypted before the changed to cyanogen and it would seem it's encrypted...
