Nothing else so far has worked, but if I disable both Facebook and Messenger on the settings the error takes you too, it works fine. I don't have twilight or any of the other culprit apps which keep being blamed. Facebook and messenger seem to be the ones my phone has issues with. Samsumg...

Samsung Galaxy S6, same problem, twitter and skype. Temporary fix: Reset all app preferences and reboot. Pain the backside but it works for me.
