5.2" is not "mini"; it's just... less big. I know, as you you said, it's probably not happening. But still, in this case, with a 6" Nexus, a Mini version along with it, would have been nice.

There are many widgets you can place on your home screen that do that job (including a default one). However that would mean going back to the home screen. How come aren't you liking the dropdown menu?
