I have the original size one, not the compact.. the screen size is better than nothing! I use it to play when my other half is watching tv. its a bit laggy when playing things like COD online but off line its great!

I feel a bit silly now, But goes to show that some settings may change when updates are performed. so it may help others too.

Actually tell a lie, I hadn't checked the keyboard settings. just the sound and vibration settings. Spot on mate, nice one.

Sorry, should have mentioned that all settings were correct.. seems like something a bit deeper than that.

Anyone had any problems since the new update? one I have noticed is the phone doesn't vibrate anymore when I am typing. the home and return buttons still produce the vibration but nothing else does. very annoying and I only realise I miss it now that it is gone. any one else have the same...

I guess you mean 'Silent mode'? like the iphone? If you turn your volume right down with the volume controls on the right hand side of the phone, as the volume reaches zero - the phone will vibrate once ... this is vibrate only mode... one more click down and it will go into silent and no...
