I agree. I have a 2022 GMC Acadia. It has wireless AA. Mine works. Although my husband pays for the data/hotspot in the car. AA and the phone need a hotspot/wifi to be able to connect. You can't use the hotspot on your phone. This might be wherein the problem lays.
