All is good now. I was on the phone with AT&T for 30 minutes and they couldn't figure it out. I never received the OTA update. Samsung KIES didn't do anything either. I ended up talking to the Samsung rep at Best Buy, who evidently has software capable of pushing updates. Now I have 5.0. Is...
