Does this apply to everyone or only because you ordered ordered through Comcast? I'm still shocked I received the VR email. Apparently there was a difference between ordering the phone online and in-store. Hopefully this is an error and I receive my watch.

I have received the same email. We ordered the phone and were told by Verizon we would receive the Gear S2 and now it says VR. There has to be some way to make them send out a Gear S2 because I have no interest in this VR headset.
