Turns out much Samsung tab s2 works fine so I'm left trying to figure out why the Samsung email app isn't able to get device administrator despite the prompt popping up and me clicking ok...

Having some issues with my Samsung email app for the last few days which isn't allowing me to receive emails. Prompt to allow the security device administrator settings which I do but it doesn't seem to register. Other emails apps are connecting fine. We recently upgraded to an ex 2016...
