    Re: sandman3 I followed the instructions and completed the wipe of the cache but is has made no difference. The video will not play when I am on WIFI. It will play on the 3G or 4G. Any ideas?

    Re: sandman3 I tried other WIFI networks and get the same result. It appears to be something in the phone relating to the functioning of WIFI

    Re: sandman3 I am playing from e-mail. When I am not connected to WIFI they play fine. As soon as I turn on WIFI the audio plays but not the video..In the past I have been able to play when WIFI is connected. This seems to be a recent change.

    My Samsung Galaxy S4 will not play videos when I am connected to my Charter WIFI at 30 meg speed. It plays the audio but not video. If I disconnect WIFI and go to either 3G or 4G the videos play fine. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?
