Just got my device contract email and the status has been updated to "Preparing". I order around 8am on Day 1

I stopped into my Best Buy today and they setup the demos this morning.

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to download or keep the Samsung home screen clock/weather widget when I run with Nova. That's the best looking clock out there but I can deal with Samsungs TouchWiz and the way it handles app folders. Any help would be appericiate!

Do you know forsure if you spoke to the store or just a call center? It pretty much impossible to speak directly with an associate over the phone?

Ordered GS8+ on Day 1, Online for In-store Pickup on VZW. Just got an email from BestBuy stating my order will be ready tomorrow for pickup. Then i look at the order status and it says ready for pick-up now. I will be heading to BB around 11 to attempt pickup and will let you know how it goes.

I got the same message. Im not sure what to make of it now :-\

What he said. I was on a roller coaster of emotions when I saw that. But was shortly informed by the BB guys on here that it doesn't mean rush to the store now.

I ordered my S8+ on Verizon the morning of 3/30. I ordered online with in-store pickup. My status just updated and it says "Available Today" but the bar hasn't moved? I might have to try and pick it up tomorrow at lunch.

Are you saying that you actually have devices in the store (backroom)?

I also pre-ordered the S8+ on Verizon, but online for pickup in store. My confirmation number still shows as "Processing". Hope to go in a few days early and get the phone. On the S7Edge launch they started handing phones out a day or two early at the BestBuys around here.

Re: S7 edge Battery life is very good Android System is the largest drainer for me as well! I used Disabler Pro to disable almost everything I don't use. Running Nova so that's the last thing I can think of. Anyone figure out why it's such a large drain on the battery Posted via the Android...
