Yeah you have a point, but coming from the HTC one m7 which had no issues at all. I am not used to experiencing this. I was hoping for a product that would be similar or better which is why I upgraded.

I am having this same exact issues started about 2 days ago. I know someone else who is have the similar issue. I called HTC they're sending me out a place holder as well. They better find a way to fix this issue or it's going to be bad. I don't want to continue going back and forth.
