My issue is similar - mine will work as long as I'm on wifi - but as soon as I try to go to mobile data, it locks up and won't work. I have checked settings to make sure that wifi only wasn't clicked and it's not. It's a brand new phone and just downloaded it. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks :)
