It functions as intended. But Samsung never pushed any OS updates for it, so it is stuck on 4.1.2. So none of the Microsoft apps will work on it, if you use those. Can't get apps to save any content to a memory card either. I mostly use mine for magazine subscriptions, and watching videos, and...
