Well, I spoke too soon. It is changing, but it seems like the correct time is displayed a lot less often than the incorrect one, which is the opposite of how it was before. Posted via Android Central App

The phone now seems to be stuck an hour ahead, and isn't switching back and forth occasionally like it used to. Perhaps something with daylight savings time was affected? I cannot find anywhere in settings to change that, though. Posted via Android Central App

Well, I tried all of that. Location was already on, so I removed the SIM card and battery and then put everything back together. For a moment I was hopeful because it did display a completely incorrect time and the date was displayed as January 1st, so I was hoping that it was resetting. But...
