    Assign new owner. Nexus 7

    I have a used nexus 7. I do not have the email account info, but do have the 4digit code to unlock the tablet. I did a facory reset, but now i cant get past the original email request for the tablet. How do I assign a new owner? Can I- now that it has been dumped?
