i just bought j5 prime, 3 days ago. and suddenly, out of the blue, the screen has gone blank.. while there is no light on the screen, neither when i put it on charging, nor any of the buttons are responsive.. It has totaly gone dark.. i was just using it about a few minutes ago, put it away...
