    lock scree widgets won't work

    i tried settings>my devices> lock screen it wont work. nothing will pop out same as home screen mode, nothing. what am i going to do? i also tried sliding the 'Life Companion' in the lock screen downwards still nothing no edit sign. HELP PLS :) my phone is samsung galaxy s4
