I am in the same boat. Ordered 11:33 EST. No other mails after confirmation email. Called CSR many times without any answer.

I ordered mine at 11:33 AM EST. Google doesn't seem to have implemented simple sorting algorithm on their orders. Otherwise people who ordered early would have already gotten their phones. Its sad that people who ordered in the first few minutes are the ones who got screwed. I didn't get either...
