Yeah, it's weird. It was working right before I factory reset it. Now it won't work and there's no setting to change it. Before I factory reset it, it was fully updated to latest software version and it still is now that I've factory reset it.

I'm not sure honestly. I don't think so. I bought it off Amazon.ca and I don't think I read anything about a warranty/insurance, unfortunately.

Yeah I'm just trying to get it to vibrate when I touch certain things to show interaction, like when touching navigation buttons. DND is off and power saving mode is also off.

There are no settings for vibration anywhere. Just sound. I can only find a setting to turn my notifications and calls on vibrate but I already have that set up, I just want to be able to turn on vibrate when I touch the screen. I can't seem to find any settings like the ones in your screenshot.
