It's not a problem, it's simple, what you need to do is go to Setting>System>About Device>Software updates>Tick on "Auto update". then in future if there is a new update, then it will alert you to update date. If you prefer to update it only via WiFi, then Tick on Wi-Fi only.

Re: Note 4 won't send files by bluetooth to my laptop. This is simple, you must delete the NOTE on your laptop and reinstall it, then it will work. I also used to have this such experience with this one.
