I recently had an issue quick charging with a 3rd party QC 2.0 charger, but it turned out to be a bad USB C cable. I replaced the cable and everything worked fine.

I just sideloaded the OTA on my Nexus 7 2013 (16gb). I see 12.20 GB total space in the Storage settings.
